What would you do?Sara has disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and your only lead is her mobile phone.Search for clues by investigating Sara's personal messages, notes, emails, pictures and videos while trying to piece together her final days.
Gamehub415, Enjoyable at first but is disappointingWhen I first heard of this game I was so excited to play it but I couldn’t get to it at the time. However when I got to it I was a bit disappointed. The beginning was solid you found a phone and by the help of IRIS you recover a video of her that implies that she is in danger.
May I add that the game has a cheap tactic of scaring you with jump scares. The video of sara was amazing and can really give you chills down your spine. I went through her phone throughly looked through her photos videos email music and all I found was useless information. Now some of the information you find is helpful but that’s only 1% of the info. The rest is just junk. It would be great if you could actually find a lot more information about sara’s disappearance.
When you go through her messages you get to discover more about her life sad thing is you only get to talk to James and Izuru (SPOILERS AHEAD)Izuru is the cause of all of this and at the end you have to pick who will die Sara or Faith. I felt like i should pick Sara because the whole game was about finding her and I really didn’t get attached to Faith. So overall this game has its ups and downs And I wouldn’t really recommend this game to anyone else because it can get boring at times. Can’t wait to play SIMULACRA. Katsumie, Solid Start ??Wow! I spent an evening playing this after being told it had clips from Marble Hornets in it and was very pleasantly surprised. The game has a similar formula to the Mystic Messenger game but gives it a horrific (and realistic) twist.
To me, this has a great quality that I would put on par with creative Indie video games more so than 'mobile' gaming. This was a great demo for what is to come very soon, I'm sure. I'd love if in the future we could look through Sara's dating profile (and read more of Buddy's cringey attempts to flirt), see more realistic attempts at texting (less '.' , those read more as a smug intellectual texting rather than intimidating), and more branching out in genuine choices (not 'omg this is so scary' to a text where a person is asking a question). This has such a solid foundation and I can't wait to see it grow. I have a feeling I'll be a fan of this company from here on out.
Thank you for releasing such a fun game! Taffffffffff, Enjoyable, but weak plotYou are tasked with solving the mystery behind a missing girl's disappearance, and at your disposal are her mobile phone and its virtual assistant IRIS. The game takes on a voyeuristic element as you comb through her messages and photos, and the developer does a fantastic job of recreating a small slice of a young woman's life - even down to the way her millennial friends text and use emojis. However, not only is the game incredibly short (about 40 minutes or less), but its plot is forced, arbitrary, and nonsensical. There are many characters and plot elements introduced that serve no purpose, and the fun mystery element quickly and suddenly veers into graphic horror which I wasn't expecting or prepared for. Overall, while the game could be greatly improved, it's still an enjoyable and thrilling way to spend half an hour without spending any money.
Just finished this game. It was very good IMO. I was able to gain access to all the Restricted rooms and the captains room on the space station. But I need help understanding a few things.1. Why is the Cyrogenic awakening dates in the future for the ground team?
Ava is awakned 2250, May, 13th. The other crewmembers is 2443, Dec, 24th.2. Why do we see only Sarah in the end of the game. What happend to Mikail and Soichi? Chris died, or was that not confirmed?3. What happend to Captain Dan? He travled back to the space station acording to audio logs.
From the logs inside the captains room, it said that he received commands from ISA to allow TOM to use leathal force against the ground team. We se a malfunctioned cryro pod, dated one day before Avas awakening. 2250, May, 12th. Inside both the captains room and that cyro room is a canadia flag, so that must be the captain dead in the cyropod?4. The first monitor outside the cyro chambers is filled with Hex code, that if translated reads: 'I'm a real boy.' And repeats itself manny times.
However there are a fewtimes the Hex code is 1 or 3 characters long instead for 2 and a letter T, is also found in there. So there must be a hidden message, because the letter T is not hex. Anyone else notice this?5.
There are two obvious endings to the game. One where you shoot Sarah and Ava, and one where you let them shutdown TOM. Could there be a third ending? Just outside where you meet Sarah is a posibility to use your energy gun to shoot sockets in the wall, but I was only able to make the lift go down to ground with a red power, and not able to do much. But i feel like there is a hidden thing there. I've been dying to hear from the devs on 1,2, and 5!
Please I need to know about the 200 year difference! It's never alluded to again, and I have a few theories about their immortality but that doesn't explain why they were awakened 200 years.after. Ava.I think Daniel may have killed himself after authorizing TOM to kill Chris. We know TOM suffocated Chris, but the request for manual control of TOM for human harm leads me to believe that Dan may have killed him. In addition, the Teleoperations room is locked from the Captain's office, meaning he didn't want anyone following him? I have another theory that Dan was (by way of manual control) controlling Ava.I don't know that there is anything with that door- the powerlines to the door were cut, so I spent maybe 30 seconds evaluating the lines and thought, 'nah, bro'. I guess I need to go back and fiddle some more, but I think it's meant to be a red herring.Spoilers, I went back and played both endings.
Nothing changes, really. They don't show any after scenes, but I didn't watch the credits all the way through because the tirelessly slow typing was driving me crazy, so if someone was stalwart enough to watch it all the way through maybe they could confirm? What was with the polite conversation terminal? I don't know what that plea for help added to the storyline or narrative. Well the 200 year difference is weird. Because all the Pods seem to be closed like something is in them.
But the crew is on the planet. Also why is it not earlier than Ava's date? She is the last to be awoken. So it makes no sense to me.The Polite conversations terminal seems to respond to what you type for the first few sentences. But after that it dosen't matter what you type. If i remember right, it gave different responses the two times i visited it. But only the first 3 or 4 exchanges.
I might be wrong though. This was very confusing to me, took awhile for me to realize those people who were scheduled to wake up in 200 years made up the ground crew that youre sent to help, it made me think there was some sort of time travel involved before the immortality was revealed, later i thought it had to do with the immortality thing except the dates should be reversed, and TOM specifically says he lost contact with them 450 hours ago so its not like they were alive for 200 years before this even if the dates were reversed, so it just doesnt make any sense2.
Chris is dead, i think the other 2 were killed by TOM as well, though i dont think its revealed3. Dan probably killed himself out of guilt for letting TOM kill chris, so yeah, hes dead in that pod4.
There is almost certainly a hidden message there, but theres too much to go through to find it for me, if someone else wants to give it a shot Ive made an image out of it to make it easier:5. It doesnt look like theres anything you can do there, pieces are missing or are disconnected, I wondered if there is a way to get her to say no to removing the implant but i dont think thats possible, seems like there is no secret endingAnother thing Im wondering about is that drill, does turning it on do anything, it doesnt seem to but why would you have the ability to turn it on if it doesnt do anything. Could it be, that they are all still asleep, and everything is just part of an experiment? Since we only see Sarah, and nobody else, she could be part of this test?
What if the ground team and TOM is delibritly making up a story to test Ava? There is an interesting audio clip, where (i think) you hear Sarah saying something about (just another 10 years of my life). Nytimes crossword login. Or something.
Maybe she was left on the ground base to create the hoax for Ava?My point is. The whole story of the game, is maked up to test Ava or Ground version of TOM.
The ground team, put them selfs into cryo sleep again, once the 'test' was ready to start. Originally posted by:Something I don't get. If you pick the ending in which you don't kill the two girls. How does it even come to be?
The game seems to justify this by Ava's influence on TOM, but, since Ava got her implant removed, how is that possible? Did Ava left a bit of her mind in TOM? Are they still, somehow, connected? If not, is someone else tempering with TOM's mind? Who then? You (the player) are TOM.
It's not really anyone tempering with his mind, but it's you playing as him, and you get to make the decision at the end. Personally I killed them both.
